The Red Wing Shoes Iron Ranger 8111 Amber is a classic round work shoe made in Minnesota. Red Wing Shoes' Iron Ranger style is inspired by the Mesabi Iron Range in Northern Minnesota, a rugged area known for its iron mines. The proud men who work in these lines are referred to as "Iron Rangers", emphasizing their adventurous mentality. The Red Wing Iron Ranger is easily recognized by its double leather toe cap to provide an extra measure of safety. Additionally, the Red Wing Iron Ranger has extra heel protection for better support. Red Wing Amber leather is a natural leather without any pigment. Therefore, the amber harness ages beautifully and all natural marks remain visible. The Red Wing 8111 Iron Ranger has a Vibram rubber outsole that is oil resistant. The 8111 Iron Ranger features black and brown taslan laces.
