Conditions of Sale Cappelletto Shop

By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase a product on the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and order price confirmation.

Your order is subject to stock availability of the product. CappellettoShop does not guarantee the availability of the product in your cart. If the product you selected and ordered is not available, you will be immediately notified by our shop for an alternative product or to advise you of the cancellation of the order itself.
Shipping times may vary based on product availability and any guarantees or forecasts relating to delivery times are limited to Italy and subject to any delays due to the courier service we rely on or to causes of force majeure for which we cannot we will be responsible. Please see the Shipping page for more details on delivery costs.

To conclude a contract with CAPPELLETTO SHOP (Società Cappelletto srl) you must be at least 18 years old and be in possession of a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank deemed reliable by us. CAPPELLETTO SHOP reserves the right to refuse any of your requests. If your order is accepted, we will inform you via email.

When you place an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user to use the credit or debit card to place the order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the products. The cost of foreign products and services may be subject to change. All prices shown are subject to such changes.

Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be a confirmation and will not constitute acceptance of your order. The contract will not be concluded until we send you confirmation by email that the products you ordered have been sent to you. Only the goods indicated in the confirmation email sent at the time of shipment will be included in the final contract.

to. Price and Availability
Although we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider the order cancelled. If you cancel your order after you have already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund. If applicable, the price includes VAT. Delivery costs will be added separately; such additional costs are clearly indicated where they apply and are included in the "total cost".

b. Payment
After receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. We will charge your card after your order has been accepted.

The confidential data of the payment card (card number, expiration date, CVV code) are encrypted and transmitted directly to the payment processor. The seller therefore never has access to and does not store his credit card data.

c. Payment with ScalaPay

If you buy with Afterpay you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV Srl, related parties and their transferees, and that you authorize such transfer.

d. Customs duties for purchases from non-EEC countries

By placing an order on CappellettoShop the user accepts the possibility that the products are subject to customs duties, postal duties, transport and import taxes in the user's country of residence and that these taxes are independent of Cappelletto's control. We do not accept cancellations of orders once they have left our stores.

In particular, we inform you that customs duties for imports to the United Kingdom on shoes can reach up to 40% of the cost of the shoes themselves. By ordering on CappellettoShop the customer accepts the payment that will be requested by DHL of the customs duties required for delivery of the order to its destination. If the customer refuses to receive his order which has already arrived at customs, CappellettoShop will arrange for the package to be returned to Italy and will deduct from the refund both the return shipping costs and the customs duties for returning the goods.
We inform you that the shipping costs for the United Kingdom are €30.

And. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without any penalty within 14 days of receiving your order. The right of withdrawal is exercised by written communication sent via e-mail to the address: info@cappellettoshop.it.

CAPPELLETTO SHOP will reimburse the expense incurred by you no later than ten working days from receipt of the return. Shipping costs in the event of a return are always at your expense. Go here for more information

f. Discount Codes
Account Discount Codes - Discount codes may be offered to account holders from time to time; such codes can only be applied to purchases made through the account for which a discount code was offered and registered.

g. Promotional discount codes - From time to time we may offer promotional discount codes which may apply in relation to all purchases or specific purchases made through this website.

These terms and conditions apply to all promotions run by CAPPELLETTO SHOP , competitions and discount codes (unless otherwise indicated).

• Discount codes cannot be combined. Only one can be used per order
• Some brands may be excluded from some promotions. Brand exclusions will be disclosed as Continuous.

h. Gift voucher

We will dispatch your gift voucher as soon as payment has been confirmed or on the delivery date you specify (whichever is later). Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for any delay, regardless of the reason. The gift voucher must be spent within 12 months of issue.

the. Defective Product

Each product is checked before being shipped and CappellettoShop documents the state of the product with photos. However, if the product presents some defects upon arrival, the customer must immediately send an email to info@cappellettoshop.it, indicating the alleged defect and attaching any supporting documents (detailed photos of the product, order number, etc.). In the event of a recognized defect, CappellettoShop undertakes to detect the product to inspect it. Only in the case of a recognized defect, Cappelletto undertakes to replace the defective product or, if this is not possible, to partially or totally refund the purchase price depending on the nature of the defect.

CappellettoShop reserves the right to refuse to respond to a late complaint (beyond the fifth day from the date of receipt of the order by the customer), a complaint relating to normal wear and tear, a defect for which the user is responsible or which derives from the nature of the product. Some products may have irregular parts and/or irregularities that are part of the manufacturing process or correspond to the material used.

L. Resale

The products on sale on CappellettoShop are available for personal sale and not for resale. By placing an order on the site the User guarantees that he will use the product only for personal use. Furthermore, orders with more than four quantities of the same product will not be accepted.

m. Withdraw
You can pay for our collection service using the credit/debit card with which you would normally pay for our products and our terms of sale also apply to this service. Please note that we do not accept gift vouchers or discount codes as payment in part or in full for this service.

Once you have paid for the service, we cannot make any changes. So, if you want to change the address, you will have to cancel the collection and pay for a new one.

An address is required that the courier can access and a responsible adult must be present to deliver the goods. If the courier is not able to collect your goods, you will still be charged for the service.

In the event that your goods are not collected due to an error by the courier or by CAPPELLETTO SHOP , we will refund the cost of the service.

Goods subject to return are all subject to our returns policy and collection of them does not imply acceptance of their return.

n. Refusal of an order

The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that come from:

• by a user with whom the Seller has an ongoing legal dispute
• by a user who has previously violated the General Conditions of Sale
• by a user who has provided incomplete or otherwise inaccurate data, or false identification data.
• by a user who has purchased more than one size of a product whose description specifies the possibility of purchasing one size per order.
