RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Customer may withdraw from the Conditions and therefore from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide reasons and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products.

It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal for the purchase of socks, key rings and accessories or shoe cleaning products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in the previous article 5.1, the Customer must STRICTLY send CappellettoShop a communication to this effect, within the terms indicated, to the following email address info@cappellettoshop.it , attaching photos of the product where the presence of the guarantee seal and cleanliness of the sole, as well as the reason for the return .

The return is the responsibility of the customer.

In case of withdrawal, the Customer must send the products back to SOCIETÀ CAPPELLETTO SRL at his own expense by choosing his trusted courier at the following address:

With clear indication of the order number on the front of the package.

If desired, CappellettoShop can organize the collection of the return . The expense will be deducted from the refund at an additional cost of €10 . *option that can be activated only for orders placed in Italy .

In the case of returns from abroad, CappellettoShop can organize the collection subject to acceptance by the customer of the shipping price.

The goods must be returned intact, complete with all their parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and packages), kept and possibly used for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their nature, characteristics and size, according to normal diligence, without are signs of wear or dirt, in compliance with the following conditions:

  1. the right of withdrawal may apply to the product purchased in its entirety; in fact, it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased (e.g. accessories, complements, etc...)
  2. for the withdrawal to be possible, the product must be CLEAN, intact and returned in the original packaging (which must also be intact) COMPLETE WITH WARRANTY SEAL. NB: Please test the shoes by placing them on a clean carpet. Returns of footwear that return to the store with signs of wear and dirt are not accepted and they will be returned to the sender. Cappelletto Company reserves the right to cover transport costs. Furthermore, the user must pay attention when packaging the product to be returned: if it arrives damaged due to improper packaging, CappellettoShop reserves the right to refuse the return.
  3. shipping costs (and any customs fees, if any) for returning the goods will be the sole responsibility of the Customer, even in the event of refusal of the shipment by the customer.
  4. Any customs charges incurred by Società Cappelletto SRL for returns from non-EEC countries will be deducted from the refund of the return.
  5. the shipment, until receipt is certified in the warehouse indicated by SOCIETÀ CAPPELLETTO SRL, is under the complete responsibility of the customer; WE STRONGLY ADVISE THE USE OF POSTE ITALIANE TO SHIPPING RETURNS AS THEY DO NOT RESPECT THE STORE OPENING HOURS AND PUT THE PARCELS IN STOCK.
  6. in the event of damage to the goods during transport, SOCIETÀ CAPPELLETTO SRL will notify the Customer, to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier he has chosen and obtain the relevant refund;
  7. SOCIETÀ CAPPELLETTO SRL will not be liable in any way for damage, theft or loss occurring during or in any case in connection with the return shipment.
  8. Prices on the site may vary over time (due to promotions and/or sales), the valid price is always the one indicated at the time of purchase. You cannot request a refund for the difference between the price at the time of ordering and the price at another time for the same product.

Once the return has been received, COMPANY CAPPELLETTO SRL will reimburse the Customer the entire amount already paid within ten working days, net of shipping costs incurred by the customer and any customs expenses incurred by CappellettoShop for returns from non-EEC countries, with the same method with which you made the payment when ordering.

Refunds via PayPal and Credit Card will take place within 10 working days of receipt of the return. If, however, the customer has made a payment via bank transfer, he must indicate the current account details on the postcard attached to the order to allow Società Cappelletto Srl to make the refund. The times for receiving the bank transfer are 10 working days from the moment of receipt of the return.

    In any case, the Customer will lose the right of withdrawal in cases where SOCIETÀ CAPPELLETTO SRL ascertains that:

    • the returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact or if the guarantee seal has been removed;
    • the product is not in the condition it was shipped in when the order was placed.
    • the product is missing its external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;
    • the product is missing integral elements and/or accessories (e.g. closures, laces, buckles, etc.).

    In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, SOCIETÀ CAPPELLETTO SRL will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the shipping costs and, if already refunded, the price of the product.
