RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Customer may withdraw from the Conditions and therefore from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide reasons and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the purchase of socks, key rings and accessories or products for cleaning footwear.

To exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in the previous article 5.1, the Customer MUST STRICTLY send CappellettoShop a communication to this effect, within the indicated terms, to the following email address info@cappellettoshop.it , attaching photos of the product confirming the presence of the guarantee seal and the cleanliness of the sole, as well as the reason for the return .

CappellettoShop sells back returned products, after careful inspection, respecting the environment and avoiding waste! Requesting photos of returned products allows us to be sure that the product has not been used. Products returned without prior notification by email will be refunded only if the product is exactly as sent. We would like to inform our customers that the products are subjected to careful quality control before being sent with photographic documentation.

The return is at the customer's expense.

In case of withdrawal, the Customer must send the products back to SOCIETÀ CAPPELLETTO SRL at his own expense , choosing his own trusted courier to the following address:

With clear indication of the order number on the front of the package.

If desired, CappellettoShop can organize the return collection . The expense will be deducted from the refund at an additional cost of €10 . *option that can be activated only for orders placed in Italy .

In the case of returns from abroad, CappellettoShop can organize the collection upon acceptance by the customer of the shipping price.

The goods must be returned intact, complete with all their parts and in their original packaging (envelopes and boxes), stored and possibly used for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their nature, characteristics and size, according to normal diligence, without there being any signs of wear or dirt, in compliance with the conditions set out below:

  1. the right of withdrawal may be applied to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not in fact possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased (e.g.: accessories, complements, etc.)
  2. for the withdrawal to be possible, the product must be CLEAN, intact and returned in the original packaging (which must also be intact) COMPLETE WITH WARRANTY SEAL. NB: Please try on the shoes by placing them on a clean carpet. Returns of shoes that return to the store with signs of wear and dirt will not be accepted and they will be sent back to the sender. Cappelletto Company reserves the right to recover the transport costs. Furthermore, the user must pay attention when packing the product to be returned: in the event that it arrives damaged due to improper packaging, CappellettoShop reserves the right to refuse the return.
  3. shipping costs (and any customs charges, if applicable) for returning the goods will be borne exclusively by the Customer, even in the event of refusal of the shipment by the customer.
  4. Any customs charges incurred by Società Cappelletto SRL for returns from non-EEC countries will be deducted from the return refund.
  5. the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in the warehouse indicated by SOCIETÀ CAPPELLETTO SRL is under the complete responsibility of the customer; THE USE OF POSTE ITALIANE FOR THE SHIPPING OF RETURNS IS STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED AS THEY DO NOT RESPECT THE OPENING HOURS OF THE STORE AND PUT THE PACKAGES IN STORAGE.
  6. in the event of damage to the goods during transport, SOCIETÀ CAPPELLETTO SRL will notify the Customer, to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain the relevant reimbursement;
  7. SOCIETÀ CAPPELLETTO SRL will not be liable in any way for damage, theft, loss occurring during or in any case in relation to the return shipment.
  8. Prices on the site may vary over time (for promotions and/or sales). The valid price is always the one indicated at the time of purchase. It is not possible to request a refund for the difference between the price at the time of ordering and the price at another time for the same product.

Once the return has been received, SOCIETÀ CAPPELLETTO SRL will refund the Customer the entire amount already paid within ten working days , net of the Shipping Costs incurred by the customer and any customs charges incurred by CappellettoShop for returns from non-EEC countries, using the same method used to make the payment at the time of the order.

Refunds via PayPal and Credit Card will be made within 10 working days of receiving the return. If the customer has made a payment via Bank Transfer, he/she must send the bank account details by email to allow Società Cappelletto Srl to make the refund. The times for receiving the bank transfer are 10 working days from the moment of receiving the return.

    In any case, the Customer will lose the right of withdrawal in cases where SOCIETÀ CAPPELLETTO SRL ascertains that:

    • the returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact or if the warranty seal has been removed;
    • the product is not in the condition in which it was shipped when ordered.
    • the product is missing its external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;
    • the product is missing integral elements and/or accessories (e.g. closures, laces, buckles, etc.).

    In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, SOCIETÀ CAPPELLETTO SRL will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the latter the shipping costs and, if already refunded, the price of the product.
