Payment methods

On the CappellettoShop website you can pay for your orders by Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer, ScalaPay and Cash on Delivery. If you need an Invoice, indicate your details for issuing the invoice in the order notes or send an email together with your order . We will be happy to satisfy your request. It will not be possible to issue the invoice several days after the order date.

PURCHASED ORDERS CAN NO LONGER BE CANCELLED. EVEN IN THE CASE OF ORDERING PRODUCTS WITH DELIVERY TIME LIMITS OR PRODUCTS ORDERED EXPRESSLY FOR THE CUSTOMER.

1. Credit Card

You can pay conveniently and safely. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, PostePay. At checkout you may be directed to your bank's payment processing page.

For customers already enabled for Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code:

  • On your bank's web page you will be welcomed with the title you have chosen and asked to confirm the amount with a personal Pin.
  • After the bank has verified the Pin entered, you will receive confirmation of payment for the order placed on CappellettoShop.

For customers not yet enabled for Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code:

  • In this case, a single registration with the bank that issued your card will be required for all future purchases.
  • On your bank's web pages you will be asked to identify yourself with the security questions you previously set.
  • Finally, you will be asked to set a new Pin and a welcome message for future uses.
  • The next step occurs in the same way as for already enabled customers.

Your credit card details will be transferred securely via SSL protocol.

If you return the goods, the amount will be credited to your card. CappellettoShop is safe!

2. PayPal

You can choose to pay with this method by selecting the PayPal option; once you reach the third phase of the purchase process ("Confirm") click on "Confirm and continue with PayPal" to complete your order.

  • If you already have a PayPal account , log in with your email and password and confirm the payment.
  • If you do not have a PayPal account , you can create a new one using your credit/prepaid card. In this case, simply select the type of card, fill in the necessary data and confirm the payment.
  1. If you are already registered on PayPal click and log in to your account.
  2. If you are not registered on PayPal, enter the required data and proceed to create your account.

The order is processed as soon as the payment is credited to us. If you return the goods to us, the amount of your order will be refunded to your PayPal account (or to your credit card if you are not a PayPal user)

We inform you that if you use PayPal you have the possibility to have the return costs - incurred by you - reimbursed. Go to the PayPal site to learn more.

3. Bank Transfer

We also accept purchases with payment by bank transfer. Below are our bank details:

Reason: your name and surname, order number, order date.

Payment must be made by the end of the day on which the order is placed. To speed up the procedure you can make an immediate bank transfer and send the receipt to the email address info@cappellettoshop.it
If we do not receive confirmation of payment within the required time frame, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Your order will be processed only after receiving notification of the credit from our Bank.

4. Payment with ScalaPay

If you buy with Scalapay you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be assigned to Incremento SPV Srl, related parties and their assignees, and that you authorize such assignment.

In order for your Order with ScalaPay payment to be confirmed, you must complete the ScalaPay registration procedure by entering your tax and credit card details. If you receive an order confirmation from our site but have not completed the payment with ScalaPay, the order will be automatically cancelled.

5. Payment on Delivery (COD)

The Cash on Delivery payment method is only active for deliveries in Italy. This payment method is not possible for orders over €500.

You can use the Cash on Delivery payment service at a cost of €10 . We remind you that when choosing the payment method you must select "cash on delivery" again. Shipping will therefore cost €10 if the purchase exceeds €150.00; otherwise it will be a total of €8 + €10.

CappellettoShop reserves the right to recover from the customer any storage costs for uncollected Cash on Delivery packages. No further orders with payment on delivery will be accepted from customers who have not collected previous orders paid with this method and who have returned to the store (failure to comply with the conditions of sale).
